If your a Baltimorian (Baltimore Native to the outsiders), then you remember the last time the Raven's won the Super Bowl the entire state went crazy! This year I told myself the day before we won the Championship game that not if, but when we did, there would be a window display inspired by the Baltimore Raven's. So after our big win against the poor Patriot's, I made the call to Elle of Elle Designs to make sure she was on board....... and from there started purple madness! Our ideas were to try and keep it subtle but still get the point across that it was all about Raven's Nation. Since I love to brag about my bargains, my favorite detail and focal point in this display is by far my $15 vintage tulle skirt found at the Good Will the day before we started decorating. I dyed it purple that night, and after making a huge mess it turned out just perfect! The top of the dress is actually the top layer of the skirt I just wrapped around the dress form's neck, and Elle topped it off with a big feather (just perfection), we were super proud of ourselves too and patting each other on the back after our little masterpiece! The rest of the beautiful details by Elle just fell in place, purple feathers to purple footballs, we're ready to watch our boys win the Super Bowl!!
